Retire o miolo da broa com a ajuda de uma faca pequena.&lt;br /&gt;Corte o frango e os pimentos em cubos. Refogue os alhos e a cebola em azeite. Adicione os pimentos, o frango, o ananás, fiambre e o miolo da broa. Tempere com sal e pimenta e regue com as natas. Rectifique os temperos e coloque com o queijo e leve ao forno a gratinar a 200ºC. Retire.
